- Instant Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to the purchased digital resources via email or your IoT Global account dashboard.
- Confirmation Email: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with access links or login credentials. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
Shipping of Physical Materials (If Applicable)
For physical resources like printed course materials or merchandise:
- Shipping Time:
- We process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days.
- Standard shipping times vary depending on the delivery location and can take 5-10 business days within the country or 10-20 business days for international shipments.
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
